Where are you based?

Techno Army is a Dutch Techno Fashion Label that originated from the Dutch underground techno scene.
The idea of Techno Army initially arose as a vision to be part of something big, and to create a community. that was back in 2016.  What once started out as a design concept, has evolved into a strong community consisting of designers, DJs, models, tattoo artist and ravers – The TECHNO ARMY.

How long before you respond?

We expect to email you back within 24 hours. Most of the time it is within one hour. Our representatives are available every day, also at the weekend.

How can I contact you, if I want to get in touch?

Will sold out items be restocked?

When items are sold out, some of them will be restocked very quick, others are exclusive and it could therefore take some more time. We advise you to keep an eye on our social media pages and sign up for the newsletter to receive notifications about restocks.

To which countries do you ship?

We ship to a lot of countries. You can check in our list. Almost all our shipment is free. Please contact us at info@techno-army.com

I haven’t received my order yet, what shall I do?

Please just contact our representative at info@techno-army.com He or she is more than happy to update you on your order and the estimated delivery date.

Does free shipping really mean free?

Yes, our shipping is free.

Do I have to pay some duties or taxes?

We have some good news! Because we work with very close with our supplier, there is almost a zero chance that your order will have any additional fees added after you have paid for your item and it has been shipped. However, in the extremely rare chance (mostly with wholesale orders) that this may happen, TECHNO ARMY is not responsible for any duties or taxes added to your order in the destination country, these are fully the responsibility of the buyer. If there is any issue with this. Please just contact us, we might find a solution for you.

How do I track my order?

Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed, you will receive an email with information about your order. In this mail you will find a track & trace code, with this code you can see where you package is at the moment by clicking this link: Track Your Order

My package arrived with damage, what now?

It is unfortunate if your package is damaged. Sometimes we have no access to our couriers. Again just contact us at  info@techno-army.com and we will immediately resolve your issues.

RETURNS & REFUND

What are the return conditions?

Our return guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason. Keep in mind all orders placed during sale or discount are final and are therefore not possible to be returned. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused to us within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, but only if it hasn’t been processed yet. Then it is possible to change or cancel your order. However, from the moment your order has been processed it is not able to change or cancel your order.

I want to return something, what should I do?

Returns are accept on all items for any reason, as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition. Keep in mind all orders placed during sale or discount are final and are therefore not possible to be returned. For return instructions, please contact our customer service at  info@techno-army.com

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 days after receiving.

Not every item I ordered is in my received order, what is wrong?

Don’t worry if an item is missing in your received order. To ensure you the most optimized shipping time possible, orders are occasionally shipped out separately to your doorstep

What payment methods do you accept?

Most of the payment methods are accepted by us: Apple Pay, Paypal, Master, Visa, Amex, IDEAL, Stripe, we also accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.

What about western union or bank transfers?

Unfortunately we don’t accept Western Union or bank transfers.
